RENEW WORK PERMIT CERTIFICATE (WPC) WHEN :
1. WPC on valid time but lost
2. WPC damaged or the contents show on WPC be changed : name, day of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue day, working office, address office.
3. WPC will be expire within 5 days but not over 45 days.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRE TO RENEW WPC AT NHAT NGA
1. In case your WPC on valid time but lost :
- 2 photos 4x6cm (white background)
- Verify from competant authority that your WPC was lost.
2. In case WPC damaged or the contents show on WPC be changed :
- 2 photos 4x6cm (white background)
- Verify from competant authority that the contents show on your WPC be changed.
3. In case WPC will be expire within 5 days but not over 45 days.
- 2 photos 4x6cm (white background)
- Current issued WPC
- Health check report
- Work contract
