According to Colombia's visa policy with Vietnam, Vietnamese who own diplomatic or official passports are exempt from visa upon arrival. In addition, Vietnamese passport holders are exempted from visa for a maximum of 90 days when they hold a valid visa or residence card of the United States or Schengen country. The rest, visitors go to Colombia must apply for a visa from one of their national diplomatic missions.
